No. This product is not tasteless and heat destroys some vitamins and minerals.

Does this replace my usual daily collagen?
While the shake does contain collagen, it only contains 3-4g per serving so we recommend topping up to reach your recommended two tablespoons a day.

Does this replace a pregnancy multivitamin?
No, this is not intended to replace any prenatal vitamins but rather to supplement a balanced diet.
