Nature’s Choice Cocoa & Mixed Berry Muesli 400g

Description: Our Cocoa & Mixed Berry Muesli is made with Gluten free oats with a combination of Cocoa, Mixed berries and Coconut Flakes. Beta-D-glucans, usually referred to as Beta Glucans, comprise a class of indigestible polysaccharides widely found in nature in sources such as grains, barley, yeast, bacteria, algae and mushrooms. The effect of oat Beta-Glucan on both serum cholesterol and blood glucose reduction is proven. It has been established that the consumption of at least 3g per day of oat, Beta-Glucan can achieve a reduction in LDL cholesterol of up to 10%. One serving of our Cocoa and Mixed berry muesli contains 1.8% of beta glucans from oats, which is 59 % of the daily recommendation of 3 g.

Ingredients: Gluten Free Rolled Oats, Almonds (5%) ( Tree nuts), Coconut flakes (4%), Oligo fructose fibre syrup, Cocoa ( 4%), Mixed berries( 2%) [ Goji Berries,Cranberries ( Preservative:Lemon Juice), Dried Blueberries( Preservative: Apple juice Concentrated, Vegetable Oil ( Suflower oil)], Raisins, Himalayan salt, Flavouring.

Serving suggestion: Add Nature’s Choice Almond or Coconut Milk for breakfast, or add to fruit and yoghurt for a super smoothie. Alternatively combine with dried seeds and molasses or honey fpr homemade power bars.
