Organic sesame oil has a high smoke point and is ideal for frying. It can also be used in salads and many East Asian and South Asian cuisines. Light in colour and flavour, organic sesame oil is rich in omega-6 essential fatty acids and is very stable, containing natural preservatives and vitamin E, an antioxidant that has been correlated with lowering cholesterol levels.

Credé Organic Sesame Oil is not roasted, and should not be confused with refined sesame or dark sesame oil which is used primarily as flavouring instead of a cooking oil.
