No Calorie Shirataki Noodles are created from the root of the Asian Konjac plant. This root is comprised generally of water and the water soluble fibre, Glucomannan, which contains no starch, no sugar, no carbs and only 0.2g of fat. These noodles contain no wheat, gluten or soy allowing everyone to enjoy the perfect pasta experience.

DIRECTIONS
Drain noodles rinse under cool water and add to your favourite soup, stew or stir fry.
